The project of constructing concrete pavements in the resettlement area of Hamlet 04 Vinh Tan at VSIP II-A (package 02) is implemented by Nguyen Cat Company as the main contractor. The project is one of many projects that Nguyen Cat cooperates with VSIP II to carry out items such as:
