General information

Supply of materials, equipment and construction of Technical Infrastructure Package 01 at VSIP II expansion - Phase 2. Implementation area 43.75 ha with 33,702 m2 of internal roads. Scope of work: Leveling the ground, construction of road and sidewalk systems, rainwater and wastewater drainage systems, electrical and telecommunication pipeline systems across the road.

VSIP IIA Industrial Park owns top-notch utilities in a high-end industrial park.
VSIP 2 Industrial Park is built according to the VSIP 1 Industrial Park model, so it meets many standards. From leveling the ground, building a road and sidewalk system, a rainwater and wastewater drainage system, an electrical and telecommunication pipeline system across the wastewater treatment line to operate smoothly.

Items that Nguyen Cat Company performs:

Prepare the construction site to meet the construction of technical infrastructure;
Carry out earthworks including land preparation for the Investor's customers (cleaning the ground, leveling the ground, ...);
Build a road and sidewalk system;
Build a rainwater drainage system;
Construction of wastewater drainage system;
Construction of electric and telecommunication pipeline system across the road;
Supply of materials and equipment for the construction of technical infrastructure mentioned in this article; - Other related works as required by the Investor.

This is also a typical project among many projects that the contractor has signed with the Investor. The project was handed over on schedule to the Investor in 2012.
