TAN BINH RESETTLEMENT AREA + D21 Road
Construction of Road No. 21 at VSIP II Industrial Park Extension (From D3 to DT 742)
Scope of work: site leveling, construction of road and sidewalk systems, stormwater and wastewater drainage systems, electrical and telecommunication pipeline systems across the road.
Tan Binh resettlement area is constructed by Nguyen Cat Company with an area of 19.48 hectares, including 65,008 m2 of road surface. It was completed and handed over in 2010 to the investor VSIP.
