Supply of materials, equipment and site clearance for 44.79 ha plot at VSIP III.
Construction area: 44.79 ha
Work to be performed:
- Clearing the site including all obstacles, stumps, rubbish, bushes... including cutting roots and removing all artificial hard materials above and below ground such as foundations, floors and other structures, debris and other materials arising from the site (at the quarry only).
- Excavating and transporting 200mm thick organic soil layer at the quarry area.
- Excavating to the design elevation.
- Transporting excess soil to the backfill area or out of the site.
- Excavating soil at the quarry.
- Transporting soil from the quarry to the backfill area.
- Backfilling and compacting k>=0.9 with a maximum layer thickness of 0.3m.
- Inspection, operation and other works as required by the Investor.
Scope of Work:
Provide sufficient materials, equipment and clear the site for the 44.79ha plot at VSIP III according to the design and requirements of the Investor, including but not limited to:
- Clear the site (44.79ha) including all obstacles, trees, grass, trash, bushes... including cutting roots and removing all artificial hard materials above and below ground such as house foundations, floors and other structures, debris and other materials arising from the site.
- Excavate and transport 200mm thick organic soil layer at the embankment area.
