The construction Works consists of:

• Construction of the factories including the office areas;
• Construction of external works such as internal road, drainage system, wastewater system, water supply system;
• Construction of fire extinguishing systems and fire alarms;
• Construction of electrical system construction;
• Construction of solar power system on the roof;
• Construction of communication system;
• Lighting system for office area and external lighting, and parking area;
• Ground preparation for general greenery area within the site;
• Restoration of existing roads, pavement and/or any adjacent works if any;
